Residential Project Financing

Make your next property project more affordable.

Move your home improvement plans forward with a clear Guardian estimate and payment options you can explore independently.

Through Acorn Finance, qualifying homeowners can compare potential offers from participating lenders for eligible projects. Acorn advertises loan amounts from $1,000 to $100,000. Available amounts, rates, fees and terms depend on lender eligibility and approval.

Financing options are offered through Acorn Finance and its participating lending partners, not directly by Guardian Investigations & Security LLC or Guardian Grounds Maintenance Division. All loan offers are subject to lender eligibility, credit review, approval, rates, fees, and terms. Checking prequalified offers generally uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. Proceeding with a lender may involve a hard credit inquiry. Financing is not guaranteed. All Guardian services remain subject to project review, estimate approval, and scheduling.

Frequently asked questions.

Which projects can I discuss with Guardian?

Residential fencing, landscaping improvements, deck projects and exterior upgrades are examples of home improvements to discuss when requesting an estimate. Eligibility for your specific project must be confirmed with Acorn Finance or the participating lender. Routine maintenance, commercial contracts and all other Guardian services are not automatically eligible.

Does checking offers affect my credit score?

Checking prequalified offers generally uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. Choosing to proceed with a lender may involve a hard credit inquiry. Review the application disclosures before continuing.

Do I need to finance my project?

No. Financing is optional. You can request an estimate and discuss standard payment arrangements with Guardian. For projects under $1,000, discuss standard payment arrangements rather than Acorn financing.

What loan amounts may be available?

Acorn advertises loan amounts from $1,000 to $100,000 for qualified consumers. The amount available to you depends on lender eligibility, credit review and approval.

Where do I submit financial information?

Complete lending applications through Acorn Finance and its participating lenders. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account information or lending application details through Guardian’s estimate form, email or text.

Does loan approval reserve my project date?

No. Financing and Guardian’s project agreement are separate. Work remains subject to project review, estimate approval and scheduling.
