Are your employees and contractors screened?
Guardian Grounds Maintenance takes client safety, accountability and professionalism seriously. Team members and subcontractors are screened before being assigned to customer properties, and qualifications are verified for the work they perform. When a project requires a licensed trade, Guardian coordinates the properly licensed professional for that part of the job.
What wood surfaces do you stain?
Guardian stains exterior wood surfaces and fencing, including new and existing fences, privacy fencing, pickets, posts, rails, gates, decks, pergolas, arbors and other outdoor wood structures. The team also provides pre-stained lumber service for contractors who want to prepare materials before installation.
Do you handle property cleanout and cleanup?
Yes. Guardian provides cleanout, cleanup, lawn and landscape support, brush removal, yard-waste removal, light demolition and haul-off for residential and commercial properties. The team can help prepare a property for sale, rental turnover, renovation, construction or a fresh start.
Can you help with security cameras and access control?
Yes. Through Guardian Investigations & Security LLC, the Guardian family provides camera installation, surveillance system design, video doorbells, access control, smart locks, intercoms, gate access support and related low-voltage technology services.
Do you provide flooring estimates?
Yes. Guardian Grounds Maintenance provides free estimates for flooring services. The team can discuss installation, repair or replacement needs for hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl and carpet.
Can you coordinate plumbing or electrical work?
Guardian can coordinate plumbing, electrical and other specialized trade work as part of a property-service project. Work that requires a state or local trade license is performed by appropriately licensed and qualified subcontractors.
Do you offer moving support?
Through the ACS Logistics Division, Guardian can assist with local and in-state moving and transport needs for residential and commercial customers. Equipment and manpower are matched to the size and scope of the move.
